King Marketer Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases of digital marketing services from King Marketer, operated by Adking Enterprise LLC (“King Marketer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a service, submitting onboarding information, or authorizing us to begin work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

King Marketer provides digital marketing services for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Services may include marketing and campaign strategy, website or landing-page reviews, funnel recommendations, tracking review or setup, approved landing-page edits, email follow-up setup, campaign implementation assistance, optimization reviews, and performance reporting.

Your specific scope is determined by the service package purchased and any written additions agreed to by King Marketer and the customer. Unless expressly stated in writing, services do not include guaranteed traffic quantities, guaranteed leads, guaranteed sales, guaranteed conversions, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed profitability.

2. Service Packages

Marketing Starter — $149. A one-time review and recommendation service. Includes a funnel or landing-page audit; review of headline, offer clarity, call to action, trust elements, lead capture, mobile usability, and obvious conversion issues; tracking review; a campaign opportunity review identifying 3–5 priority improvements; and a personalized Marketing Audit & Action Plan. Hands-on implementation is not included.

Campaign Builder — $299. Includes the Marketing Starter services plus a campaign strategy document, hands-on tracking setup using the customer’s existing approved tools, landing-page recommendations and up to 2 approved landing-page changes, a campaign launch checklist, and basic campaign-flow testing. Major website redesigns, custom development, additional landing pages, and ongoing campaign management are outside the package unless separately agreed.

Marketing Accelerator — $499. Includes the Campaign Builder services plus one 3-email follow-up sequence for the customer’s existing email marketing platform, approved campaign implementation assistance for one funnel or landing page, connection and testing of applicable landing-page, form, email, tracking, and campaign links, pre-launch campaign-flow testing, one optimization review after enough usable campaign activity or data is available, and a Performance & Next-Steps Report. Additional funnels, additional email sequences, ongoing campaign management, paid advertising spend, and recurring optimization are outside the package unless separately agreed.

Package descriptions on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase are incorporated into these Terms. If a checkout-page description conflicts with these Terms regarding the specific deliverables purchased, the more specific written description provided at purchase will control for those deliverables.

3. When Work Begins and Estimated Delivery

Work begins after King Marketer has received payment, the required onboarding information, and any information, approvals, invitations, or account access reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service.

Our current target delivery windows are 3–5 business days for Marketing Starter, 5–7 business days for Campaign Builder, and 7–10 business days for Marketing Accelerator. These are good-faith service targets rather than guaranteed completion dates. Customer delays, third-party platform issues, requested revisions, missing information, or delayed access may extend the timeline.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely responses, required materials, and any approvals or access reasonably needed to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to grant access to any account, website, advertising platform, analytics property, email platform, or other tool you ask King Marketer to work with.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, offers, claims, products, services, legal compliance, advertising content, customer relationships, and use of any recommendations we provide.

5. Account Access and Security

Do not submit account passwords through our standard onboarding form or ordinary email. When access is required, King Marketer may request an approved platform invitation, delegated access, user-role access, or another reasonably secure access method.

King Marketer will make hands-on changes only within the scope of the purchased service and the authorization provided by the customer. Customers should remove or revoke access when it is no longer needed.

6. Customer Approvals and Third-Party Platforms

Some services may involve third-party platforms such as website builders, analytics providers, advertising platforms, email marketing services, payment services, or other software. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend, reject, or limit features independently of King Marketer.

King Marketer is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, advertising rejections, deliverability decisions, algorithm changes, or other actions controlled by third parties.

7. No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside King Marketer’s control, including the customer’s offer, pricing, audience, market conditions, website, sales process, advertising budget, platform policies, competition, and customer follow-through.

Accordingly, King Marketer does not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, conversions, subscribers, clicks, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, or other business result. Examples, recommendations, projections, or past results are not promises of future performance.

8. Revisions and Scope Changes

Reasonable corrections necessary to deliver the purchased scope may be included. Requests for additional pages, campaigns, integrations, sequences, revisions, strategy work, or implementation beyond the purchased package may require a separate quote or additional payment.

King Marketer will not knowingly expand the scope of paid work without communicating the additional work to the customer.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

If you request cancellation before substantive work has begun, you may request a refund of the amount paid, subject to applicable law and any non-refundable fees that were clearly disclosed before purchase.

After substantive work has begun, any refund request will be reviewed based on the work already performed, costs incurred, and deliverables already provided. King Marketer may issue a refund for the unperformed portion of a service when appropriate. Completed services and delivered digital work are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where King Marketer agrees otherwise in writing.

If work cannot proceed because required information, approvals, or access have not been provided, King Marketer may place the project on hold. A customer delay does not automatically create a right to a refund for work already performed.

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing or service problem, please contact King Marketer first so we have an opportunity to review the matter. Filing a payment dispute does not change the documented scope of work, approvals, communications, or services already performed.

King Marketer may provide payment processors or financial institutions with relevant transaction records, onboarding submissions, customer communications, approvals, work records, and proof of delivery when responding to a legitimate payment dispute.

11. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the customer may use customer-specific final deliverables created for the purchased service for the customer’s own business purposes. King Marketer retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, processes, know-how, internal checklists, and other intellectual property that was not created exclusively for the customer.

The customer represents that any text, images, trademarks, customer lists, account data, or other materials supplied to King Marketer may lawfully be used for the requested work.

12. Confidentiality and Information

King Marketer will use customer-provided business information for providing, administering, supporting, and documenting the purchased services. We will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disclosure of non-public customer information. Our handling of personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, King Marketer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or losses resulting from third-party platforms or customer decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, King Marketer’s aggregate liability arising from a purchased service will not exceed the amount actually paid to King Marketer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Refusal or Suspension of Service

King Marketer may decline or suspend work that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, technically unsafe, outside the agreed scope, inconsistent with third-party platform rules, or otherwise unsuitable for the service purchased. If King Marketer ends a project for reasons not caused by customer misconduct or breach, any refund will be evaluated based on the portion of work already performed and applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

King Marketer may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the effective or updated date shown on the Terms page and do not retroactively change the agreed scope of a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed by the customer.
